As a Senior Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 at Mind Over Machines, you will provide technical leadership for projects and actively engage with clients. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience required – certification preferred
    • Strong understanding of all Dynamics 365 products required
    • Solution design and development experience in 2 or more products preferred
    • 5+ years of Dynamics 365, 3+ years of design/solutioning experience required
  • Experience with SharePoint and other O365 integrations/implementations with Dynamics
  • C# and JavaScript; Web services/API
  • Data modeling and ETL experience; particularly SSIS/SQL
  • Previous consulting experience with a Business Analysis focus preferred
  • Experience in establishment and adherence to coding and DevOps standards
  • PowerPlatform experience is a plus
  • The joy of learning new skills, technologies, and passionate about conveying knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving skills: both during Discovery solutioning and within support management
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues, clients (strong client-facing skills), and technology team members
  • Exceptional collaboration, listening, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks as well as changing priorities
  • Proven ability to work independently or on a team
  • Excellent documentation skills (esp. technical writing)

 

ADDITIONAL JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ability to remain stationary at a desk for several hours at a time
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer throughout the workday
  • Ability to speak, write, and understand the English language
  • Ability to occasionally work evening and weekend hours to support a client project implementation or “go-live”
