As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will utilize value selling techniques and will be a trusted advisor to our clients. Your role includes full life-cycle sales process from sales strategy to prospecting, closing and client growth.
Your specific duties will include:
- Creating a sales strategy and execution plan
- Building and developing successful customer relationships via a consultative sales process
- Enhancing customer loyalty and perception of Mind Over Machines by overseeing the overall health of the client relationship and customer satisfaction
- Executing on strategic initiatives to grow Mind Over Machines presence in the Mid-Atlantic Region
- Identifying and prospecting into new client accounts while uncovering business issues to provide innovative technology solutions
- Developing and managing sales pipeline activity
- Building strong internal and external partnerships focused on successful client outcomes
- Partnering with our highly knowledgeable Delivery team to facilitate client meetings and proposals; effectively communicating client needs and Mind Over Machines service offerings
- Effectively utilizing the CRM to manage your pipeline and workflow between Sales and Delivery
- Keeping up to date on market trends
