A global leader in medicine needed to optimize their financial reporting process to enable their analysts to tell their stakeholders what their financial data meant. Due to a time crunch at the end of the month, the reporting period was rushed and communication didn’t always achieve its goals of creating informed customers.
Solution
Using Business Intelligence (BI) and Natural Language Generation (NLG), Mind Over Machines worked with the medical provider to build reports and workflows to leverage data already being used with AI generated stories to explain the data.
Impact
Through the solution design, MOM helped the medical provider better understand their users and navigate how to communicate with them. With BI + NLG concepts fueling their innovative approach, MOM inspired other projects to express intricate data stories and drive real impact.
