2011 Influential Marylanders

 

Tom Loveland, CEO/Owner of Mind Over Machines, Inc., has been named among The Daily Record’s ‘Influential Marylanders’ for 2011. 

 

From his leadership role as Baltimore’s Google Czar to spearheading the unprecedented repeal of the state’s tech tax, Loveland is a trailblazer in the Baltimore/Maryland tech community.   

 

The Daily Record’s fifth annual list of ‘Influential Marylanders’ honors people who have each made truly significant impacts in their fields and continue to be leaders in the state.  These individuals are Maryland residents from all walks of life who are influential in a wide variety of ways and settings.  

 

Winners are selected on the basis of influence, prominence, achievement and community involvement.

 

The Daily Record also recognized Loveland as an Influential Marylander in 2009 and an Innovator of the Year in 2008.
