Requirements Analysis  Needs are sorted from wants and we examine your stakeholders’ functional requirements. 

Design  Your requirements are transformed into a system design that’s integrated with a robust data architecture. We work within established budgets, lead you through tough design choices, and identify opportunities for innovation.

Development  We adhere to the best engineering practices in system development. Key activities include: development of software and/or acquisition of off-the-shelf products, creation and tuning of databases, and creation of quality and testing plans.

Integration and Test  Our specialists test and validate the solution through quality assurance reviews to ensure that your needs are met. We then collaborate with users during User Acceptance Testing and, if needed, we’ll conduct a pilot. 

Implementation  To ensure smooth implementation of the tested system, we address organizational issues such as knowledge transfer, user acceptance, system training and educating users about new processes.

Operations and Maintenance  We provide operations and maintenance services for federal and commercial clients. 

Disposition  When a system becomes obsolete and new technology emerges, we help you navigate through transition and end-of-life activities.
